How to log in to Hero11 with email or mobile number
Tap LOGIN/REGISTER, enter the email or mobile number on your account (no country code), tap CONTINUE and finish the verification step shown.

Step by step: logging in to Hero11
Login and registration share one screen. If the email or number you type is already linked to an account, you sign in to it; if it isn’t, Hero11 can start a new registration instead. That’s why using exactly the same details you registered with matters.
- Open the Hero11 app, or open the Hero11 site in your phone’s browser.
- Tap the green LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top right of the screen.
- On the “Let’s get you started” screen, tap the Email/Mobile No. field.
- Type the email address or mobile number linked to your account. For a mobile number, enter only the number — no +91, no spaces.
- Tap CONTINUE. The button stays grey until the field is filled in.
- Complete the verification step Hero11 shows next, then check that the account name and balance are the ones you expect.
Email or mobile number: which should I use?
Use whichever one you used when you first signed up. If you registered with your mobile number, keep using it — typing an email instead may not lead to the same account, and the other way round.
If you’re not sure which you used, look for an earlier message from Hero11 in your SMS inbox or email. Check the spelling of email addresses carefully: a missing letter or a different domain (gmail.com vs gmail.co) is enough to send you to the wrong place.
- Registered with a mobile number: enter the number without +91.
- Registered with an email: enter the full address, all in lower case.
- Changed your number or lost the email account: go to Hero11 account recovery instead of registering again.

Does the app use the same login as the website?
Yes — it’s one Hero11 account. You can sign in on the website in your browser or in the Android app with the same email or mobile number. Installing or reinstalling the app doesn’t change your login details and doesn’t reset anything on your account.

Keep your Hero11 login safe
- Only enter your details in the Hero11 app or on a site you opened yourself — not through a link someone sent you in a chat.
