Quick answer

To contact Hero11 customer care, use the Help and FAQ sections at the bottom of the Hero11 site or app, or tap the headset icon on the Login/Register screen. As of October 2026 Hero11 lists no phone number or email in its Contact Us area — only six public channels — so treat any “Hero11 customer care number” you find elsewhere as a likely scam.

How to reach Hero11 Help step by step

Use the same email or mobile number you registered with when you contact Help, so support can match your request to the right account. Keep your request to one problem at a time — a separate message for a login issue and a payment issue gets each one to the right person faster.

  1. Open the Hero11 app, or the Hero11 site in your phone’s browser.
  2. Scroll right to the bottom of the page, past the games and matches.
  3. Open the FAQ section first — many deposit, login and game questions are answered there.
  4. If your question isn’t covered, open Help and follow the route it gives for account-specific issues.
  5. Can’t log in? Tap LOGIN/REGISTER at the top, then the headset icon beside the close (×) button.

Is there a Hero11 customer care number?

As of October 2026, Hero11’s Contact Us area lists six social channels and no phone number or email address. Help inside the product is the route to use for anything to do with your own account.

Search results, YouTube comments and Telegram groups often show “Hero11 customer care numbers”. Be very careful with these: fake helplines are a common way to steal accounts and money.

Signs of a fake helpline

It asks for your OTP, password or UPI PIN; asks you to pay a “verification” or “unlock” fee; or wants you to install a screen-sharing app. Hang up and use Help inside Hero11 instead.

What to send (and what to hide) so support can help faster

  • Show the error message, the status and the reference number together if you can.
  • Hide full card or bank account numbers and anything unrelated to the problem.
  • Never include a password, OTP or UPI PIN in a screenshot or message.
  • Crop out other people’s names or details.

Deposit or withdrawal problems

Keep both references: the transaction ID inside Hero11 and the reference from your bank or UPI app. If they show different statuses, send both with their times — that’s exactly what support needs to trace the payment.

Don’t make the same payment again to “test” it, as that only creates a second transaction. If money has left your bank account and you’re unsure where it went, contact your bank or UPI app as well.

For withdrawals, note the amount, the time you requested it and the status Hero11 shows, such as pending or processing. A pending status usually means the request is still being handled, so add that detail to your existing support request rather than submitting the withdrawal again.

After you contact support

  • Keep any case or ticket reference you’re given.
  • Reply in the same conversation with new information instead of opening several new requests.
  • Can’t log in at all? Start with Hero11 account recovery.
  • Missing a referral reward? Check the Refer & Earn guide first.
