How to move Hero11 to a new phone
Your Hero11 account isn’t stored on the phone — install the app on the new device and log in with the same email or mobile number.
Quick answer
Your Hero11 account lives with Hero11, not on your phone, so there’s nothing to copy across. Before switching, make sure you can still receive messages on your registered email or mobile number. Then install Hero11 on the new Android phone from the Hero11 site, log in with the same details, check your account, and only then sign out of the old phone.
Before you switch phones
Most problems during a phone switch come from the verification step: the message goes to a number or email you can no longer open. Sorting that out before you reset or hand over the old phone is the single most useful thing you can do.
- Confirm which email or mobile number your Hero11 account uses, and that you can still receive messages on it.
- Changing your number at the same time? Keep the old SIM working until you’re logged in on the new phone, or contact Hero11 Help first about updating it.
- Note any pending withdrawal, match or support reference so you can follow it up later.
- Leave the old phone signed in until the new one works — it’s your backup if something goes wrong.
Install Hero11 on the new phone
- Open Chrome on the new Android phone and go to the Hero11 site.
- Tap DOWNLOAD on the “Download the APK for exclusive benefits” banner at the top of the page.
- When the file finishes, open it from your Downloads.
- If Android asks, allow Chrome to install unknown apps (Settings › Apps › Special app access › Install unknown apps › Chrome).
- Tap Install, then Open.
Get the APK from the Hero11 site on the new phone rather than forwarding the old file over WhatsApp or Bluetooth. That way you install the version the site is offering now.
Already have Hero11?Opens the Hero11 site. Tap LOGIN/REGISTER at the top and enter the email or mobile number on your account.
Log in with the same account
If an empty account opens, you’ve used different details from the ones you registered with — log out and try again. The Hero11 login guide walks through every step if you get stuck.
- Tap the green LOGIN/REGISTER button.
- Enter the same email or mobile number you used on the old phone — mobile numbers without +91.
- Tap CONTINUE and complete the verification step.
- Check that your name, balance and recent history are all there.
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| The verification message goes to a number you no longer have | Get the old number back from your operator, or follow account recovery |
| Android blocks the installation | Allow Chrome under Install unknown apps, then open the APK again |
| The new phone opens an empty account | Log out and sign in with your original email or mobile number |
| You see a device or restriction message | Save the exact wording and contact Hero11 through Help |
Switching between Android and iPhone
The Hero11 APK installs on Android only. If your new phone is an iPhone, open the Hero11 website in Safari and log in there with the same email or mobile number — it’s the same account, so your balance and history follow you.
Going the other way, from iPhone to Android? Install the APK as above and sign in with your usual details.
What moves with your account — and what doesn’t
Knowing what is tied to your account and what is tied to the phone saves a lot of worry during a switch.
| Item | Moves automatically? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Balance, match history and referrals | Yes — they belong to your account | Log in with the same details and check them |
| Your login session | No | Sign in again on the new phone |
| App settings on the old phone | Not necessarily | Set notification and display preferences again |
| The APK file | No | Download a fresh copy from the Hero11 site |
Tidy up the old phone
- Once the new phone works, log out of Hero11 on the old one.
- Uninstall the app if you won’t use that phone again.
- Selling or giving the phone away? Remove your SIM and do a full factory reset first, so nobody can open your accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my Hero11 balance if I change phones?
Changing phones doesn’t move or delete your balance, because it belongs to your account rather than the device. Log in with the same email or mobile number on the new phone and check it.
Do I need to register again on a new phone?
No. Install Hero11 on the new phone and log in with the email or mobile number you already use. Registering again would create a separate, empty account.
Can I use Hero11 on two phones?
You can sign in to the same account on a new phone. Whether two devices can stay logged in at once depends on Hero11’s current rules, so log out of the old phone once you’re set up.
Can I send the Hero11 APK from my old phone to my new one?
It’s better to download a fresh copy from the Hero11 site on the new phone, so you install the version the site currently offers.
